Absolutely brilliant hotel with a main bar
Loved the climate control, private safe, and multi-channel television in the room. Amazing location. - Absolutely fabulous and awesome staff were a definite plus. - Restaurant was reasonably priced for all meals.

Truly enjoyed the place, had a very lovely stay with our holiday experience. The location was good because it was just next door to the Old Town and modern shops and bars and around 100m from windy beach.

Was an ideal place for business trip. The staff was caring in any situation. The location was amazing, for example, a medieval castle was just a short stroll away from the hotel. You could walk to a bazaar and shops.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely fabulous and provided exceptional services. the location of the hotel was great, considerably close to the historical center of the city. - the hotel is just 1 mile away from the Medieval City, making it very convenient for sightseeing.

Location is pretty good and close to the beach.
Service and personal are very slow and careless. The overall quality of the hotel is poor for 4 stars class.

Gorgeous hotel, the stay was relaxing, amazing location on a hill. We really enjoyed the views of the sea and abundant and incredibly nice breakfasts with good amount of options.

We stayed here for one night and were amazed by the warm welcome from the night staff at the reception desk. The gentleman who checked us in was from the area and his passion for the island made us even more excited for our holiday. He was extremely helpful and gave us great recommendations. The staff in the breakfast room were also fantastic and always ready to assist.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We were on the 5th floor with a beautiful view out over the sea to the mountains of Turkey. Location was great - easy to walk to both the old and new towns as well as the beach access just down the road. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool, even though it did drip somewhat on the more humid days. The staff was helpful and accomodating.
The bathroom was indeed small, as noted by other reviewers. This is typical in European hotels and was not a big issue in itself. However, the shower was very difficult to move around in without getting tangled up in the shower curtain or bumping into the faucets.

The staff were probablly the best staff I have experienced at any hotel I have visted in the world. Nothing was a problem. I had to change rooms and this was done with a smile. When I met any member of the staff once they instandtly remembered me when I met them for a second time. They make the hotel a better place to stay.
Rooms were small. Food was O.K. but not great!
